Full-scale, integrated communications campaign for the foundation's 10th anniversary flagship fundraising concert featuring Jake Owen at House of Blues Boston. Built a reusable marketing framework from the ground up. This engagement was executed in partnership with Schick Creative, where I served as a Marketing Associate.

Building a marketing department from scratch for a remote-first nonprofit connecting youth globally. Created SOPs, analytics infrastructure, and content strategy that drove a 756,700% increase in Instagram impressions year-over-year.

Christian Tabernacle Baptist Church
Overview
Full-service communications engagement for a historic Black Baptist church in Hamden, CT. Delivered a pro-bono brand kit, a 6-page Wix website built around four visitor journeys, and a social media content library targeting CTBC's dual demographic: the congregation that has been there for decades, and the younger generation the church is working to reach.
Objectives
- Activate years of professional photography sitting unused in church archives
- Build a cohesive brand identity and digital presence from the ground up

Boston Winter Ball 2025
Overview
Full-scale integrated communications campaign for the 17th Annual Boston Winter Ball, CCGF's annual black-tie fundraising gala. Managed the full campaign from pre-event strategy through live event coverage and post-event reporting. This engagement was executed in partnership with Schick Creative, where I served as a Marketing Associate.

- Drive ticket sales and sponsorship revenue for the February 8 gala
- Generate sustained community excitement across a multi-week campaign window

Overview
A purpose-built sales and ambassador management platform that replaced a single-spreadsheet workflow entirely. Designed and built from scratch for a bilingual team of sales reps, ambassadors, and managers, with timestamped pipeline history, role-based dashboards, on-demand translation, and auto-generated reporting.
