Full-scale, integrated communications campaign for the foundation's 10th anniversary flagship fundraising concert featuring Jake Owen at House of Blues Boston. Built a reusable marketing framework from the ground up. This engagement was executed in partnership with Schick Creative, where I served as a Marketing Associate.

Building a marketing department from scratch for a remote-first nonprofit connecting youth globally. Created SOPs, analytics infrastructure, and content strategy that drove a 756,700% increase in Instagram impressions year-over-year.

Building a bilingual digital home for a cultural movement. Full website copywriting in English and Spanish, brand voice development, internal systems architecture, and social media strategy for a Medellín-based nonprofit celebrating the African diaspora.

  • Serve two distinct audiences: Spanish-speaking locals and the global English-speaking Black diaspora
  • Create internal infrastructure to sustain and scale operations

A purpose-built sales and ambassador management platform that replaced a single-spreadsheet workflow entirely. Designed and built from scratch for a bilingual team of sales reps, ambassadors, and managers, with timestamped pipeline history, role-based dashboards, on-demand translation, and auto-generated reporting.

  • Replace the fragile single-spreadsheet sales workflow with a real platform
  • Give managers live, role-scoped visibility into the full pipeline
  • Support a bilingual team and a structured ambassador referral program

  • Designed a leads-centric database with full timestamped status history
